Zhili town in Huzhou, Zhejiang province, a leading hub for the manufacturing of childrenswear in China, is bustling with international buyers stocking up on goods.

Arsen Rabadanov, who now lives in the town and operates a childrenswear business, has built a large following on international social media platforms by creating multilingual short videos in Russian, English, French, and Chinese. These efforts have expanded his export business, with products sold to about 30 countries across Africa, Asia, and Europe.

Remarkably, Rabadanov was once a procurement manager for a Fortune 500 company in Russia. A chance visit to China altered his career path, prompting him to relocate to Zhili and enter the children's clothing industry.

Rabadanov said China provided him with the opportunity to start a business and emphasized the welcoming environment for entrepreneurs.
