Yiwu, a county-level city in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, will serve as a sub-venue for the 2026 Spring Festival Gala. It is inviting global tourists to enjoy an unforgettable Spring Festival celebration.
The journey can begin at the Yiwu International Trade Market, a "world supermarket" featuring six districts and thousands of shops. Discover ornaments and toys in District One, imported goods in District Five, and fashionable jewelry and AI smart products in the newly opened Global Digital Trade Center.
In February, the market will transform into a fusion of traditional and international new year goods, offering a unique shopping experience enriched with global cuisine and cultural delights.
After a shopping spree, spend the afternoon in Fotang Ancient Town, wandering its historic streets and admiring ancient architecture. During Spring Festival, the town will host photography exhibitions that offer a glimpse into the past.
As evening falls, head to the Santing Road Night Market, Yiwu's largest, brimming with snacks, clothing, and accessories. A wide variety of local and international street foods will warm visitors' stomachs and hearts.
On the second day, explore Lizu village, an international cultural creators' hub with over 70 businesses. Visitors can enjoy coffee, visit local farms, sample cured ham, and try their hand at tie-dyeing or other hands-on activities.
