Taizhou plum garden to showcase early spring charm

Nestled in Meishan village, Taizhou, East China's Zhejiang province, the plum garden is home to thousands of plum trees and will open its doors to visitors free of charge on Feb 12, staying open throughout Spring Festival.

During the holiday, the garden will hold a Spring Festival Garden Party featuring three ancient-style settings, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the fragrance and beauty of plum blossoms.

Visitors can engage in traditional activities such as making sugar paintings, pounding rice cakes, or playing ancient games such as pitch-pot.

For visitors eager to experience authentic local flavor, the event will showcase plum blossom–inspired coffee, elegant tea sets, hearty rustic stews, and slow-roasted sweet potatoes.
