Zhejiang's cultural vitality and digital innovations shine at Shenzhen fair
The Zhejiang Pavilion at the 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair, which is running from May 21 to 25 in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, is showcasing the innovative development of cultural industry in East China's Zhejiang province.
The pavilion covers 1,200 square meters and features 86 enterprises and institutes from across the province, offering an immersive experience into Zhejiang's rich culture and digital vitality.
The exhibition combines the elements of Zhejiang's cultural roots, such as the ancient Shangshan culture, the Liangzhu culture, the cultural heritage of the Song Dynasty (960-1127), and the revolutionary spirit of the Red Boat, with cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and digital twins.
The exhibitors from Zhejiang's Yiwu county-level city, known as the world's largest wholesale market for small commodities, are showcasing trendy toys, cultural and creative products, smart products, and regional specialties.
A highlight of the pavilion is a scaled-down version of the world's largest LED virtual studio from the Versatile AI Virtual Film Base in Huzhou, highlighting digital technology's role in the creation of cultural content.
The Wenrun Study area showcases classic texts, digital cultural resources, and ancient building models, offering an immersive experience.
Cultural products, including surprise boxes, traditional crafts, and local delicacies, are also attracting visitors to stop and experience Zhejiang's cultural charm.
