The Chinese Football Association (CFA) announced on May 27 that the 2026 CFA Team China International Football Competition Jinhua will be held on June 9 at Jinhua Sports Center Stadium, Zhejiang province.

The match, an international A-level fixture, will see China Men's National Team face off against Thailand Men's National Team at 7:35 pm.

According to the Zhejiang Football Association, this match marks Shao Jiayi's first home appearance as head coach of the Chinese national team. Shao took over last November and secured his first victory in March with a 2-0 win against Curacao in Sydney.

Jinhua Sports Center Stadium boasts a total floor area exceeding 44,000 square meters and can seat nearly 30,000 spectators, with its core facilities meeting top international standards. The venue has hosted numerous high-profile events, including the soccer group stage of the 19th Asian Games, the China-South Korea international match, and the 2026 Zhejiang Provincial City Football League (Wuyue Cup).
