Jiaxing Shunbang Luggage has expanded its overseas business through high-quality manufacturing, producing up to 90,000 polypropylene (PP) hard cases each month at its facility in Xiuzhou district, Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province.

With more than 20 years' experience in the luggage industry, the company produces hard cases, soft luggage, and bags, which are exported to international markets for travel and business use.

After relocating to Wangdian town in 2022, the company moved into a standardized factory that helped improve its production capacity. Its current facility covers about 50,000 square meters, with nearly 600 employees producing around 1 million hard cases, 800,000 soft cases, and 1.5 million bags annually.

Unlike many manufacturers that use ABS or PC materials, Shunbang specializes in PP injection-molded hard cases, a production process requiring higher equipment investment and technical expertise. The company has also established a professional testing laboratory to ensure durability under conditions including high pressure, corrosion, and temperature changes.

Shunbang follows a dual strategy of developing its own brand, Parisun, while providing manufacturing services for international luggage brands such as Samsonite. Its design team handles product development from concept development and structural design to mass production.

Leveraging Jiaxing's industrial infrastructure and airport connectivity advantages, Shunbang aims to further expand its presence in the global mid-to-high-end luggage market.
