Spain's World Cup win sparks production rush
Just days after Spain lifted the 2026 FIFA World Cup trophy, commemorative champion kits for fans were already rolling off production lines in Ningbo, reflecting the rapid response capabilities of local manufacturer Shenzhou International.
On July 22, the company completed its first batch of Spain's champion-edition fan kits, just two days after the final. The products were scheduled for shipment on July 23 before making their way to football supporters around the world.
Production began immediately after Spain's 1-0 victory over Argentina on July 20, which secured the country's first World Cup title in 16 years. At Shenzhou's manufacturing base in Ningbo's Beilun district, contingency plans had already been prepared for multiple championship outcomes, allowing teams to move into action as soon as the result was confirmed.
According to the company, fabrics and accessories were stocked in advance, while embroidery, printing, and garment-production teams remained on standby. The first champion-edition fan kit came off the production line within 12 hours of the final whistle.
Shenzhou manufactured the official match kits for six national teams at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, including finalists Spain and Argentina, as well as Germany. To prepare for post-tournament demand, the company reserved production capacity and developed separate production plans for potential champions.
