In the first half of the year, the core artificial intelligence industry of Jinhua, Zhejiang province, generated 9.88 billion yuan ($1.47 billion) in revenue, supported by 104 enterprises. AI innovation is swiftly becoming the city's main driver of industrial transformation and upgrading.

The "World Yiwu" commerce AI model app has attracted over 58,000 registered users and is currently serving more than 37,000 businesses. It has introduced eight new AI applications to enhance the trade chain.

In Yiwu's toy industry, AI is driving growth, with popular products featuring smart functions like voice interaction gaining international recognition. The Yiwu Global Digital Trade Center now features a smart products section, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and popular items and establishing Yiwu as a key hub for smart toy sales.

The Hengdian Film Large Model incorporates 14 audio-visual AI models and has launched 10 smart tools, supporting over 200 AI-driven works. A provincial high-end data annotation base has been set up in Dongyang, speeding up projects like high-quality film data sets and the Hengdian Film AI service platform.

Across the city, 86 major AI projects are planned, with a total investment of 64.55 billion yuan. This year, 10.53 billion yuan is planned for investment, with 5.73 billion yuan already completed.

To date, the city has attracted 14,000 AI-related talents, with 77 new national-level AI talents and 88 "AI plus" talent projects.
