The Minghu Expo Center, Pinghu's first comprehensive venue integrating exhibitions, conferences, business banquets, and leisure, has opened at No 668 Fengshou Road.

The magnolia-shaped building fills a longstanding gap in the city's infrastructure. Previously, local industries that produced down jackets, luggage, and electric children's vehicles had to borrow space in hotels and gymnasiums for product launches, trade matchmaking, and brand exhibitions. Now they have a dedicated venue of their own.

Located at Zhejiang's first stop on the southward expansion belt of the Hongqiao International Opening-Up Hub, the venue is well positioned to connect with innovation and industrial resources in the Yangtze River Delta, serving both local industries and the wider region.

The first floor houses professional exhibition halls, while the fourth floor offers multifunctional halls and meeting rooms for conferences and banquets. A tiered lecture hall hosts forums and performances, and a central kitchen ensures catering services. Outside, an island-style commercial area along Minghu Lake features a separate pedestrian route, letting visitors enjoy lakeside coffee and local cultural products without entering the halls, making the venue an open, accessible public space for residents.
