Chian doupi stuffed bun is a traditional snack in Yiwu. It is stuffed with Yiwu doupi, a kind of thin slice of bean curd and other fillings, such as radish and beef. The buns are baked on a pan and taste good when they are served as soon as they are removed from heat.

It is a quite common snack in almost every household in Yiwu. On Qingming (Tomb-sweeping Day) and Dongzhi (Winter Solstice Festival), local housewives fry it to make it crispy on the outside and fresh and soft on the inside. The appetizing snack is very popular.
