Investment platforms in Wucheng district

Wucheng district is the center of Jinhua city, located in East China's Zhejiang province. The district is working hard to develop strategic emerging industries such as the digital economy, artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing. It is promoting the integration of its urban industry and urban agriculture with the urban services industry.

Wucheng Economic and Technological Development Zone

The development zone is located in the new urban area of Wucheng district in Jinhua, with a planned area of about 15.37 square kilometers. It is aiming to become a high-end industrial agglomeration, a systems and mechanisms innovation area, an opening-up pilot area and an industry-city integration demonstration area in central Zhejiang province. 

The zone is focusing on the development of core components for new energy and intelligently connected cars, as well as the intelligent equipment industry, while optimizing and upgrading the digital services industry. It is also deploying future industries.

Jinhua High-speed Rail New Town

The town includes the Jinhua High-speed Railway Station and its surrounding areas and covers a total area of about 12 sq km. It is striving to build an urban space with a precision industrial layout, prosperous finance and trade, beautiful environment, prominent cultural characteristics and complete infrastructure.

Feiyang Smart Manufacturing Town

The total planning area of the Feiyang Smart Manufacturing Town is 3.96 sq km, with a total investment of 7.5 billion yuan ($1.16 billion) and the aim of establishing an intelligent town for smart manufacturing. After completion, the annual output value is expected to reach more than 7.5 billion yuan. The town is currently under construction.

City north development and construction block

Located south of Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou expressway, east of Yingbin Avenue, north of Huancheng West Road and west of Jindong district, the precinct has a planned area of 5.8 sq km. Jinhua city plans to make it a demonstration area for scientific and technological innovation, as well as for the flower and leisure industry in the Yangtze River Delta.
