Brewed wine, commonly known as yellow rice wine, is a kind of Chinese traditional wine with a long history. It is rich in nutrients and is said to have positive effects on the circulation of the blood while strengthening the body, especially endearing it to the people in the south of the Yangtze River.

China is the birthplace of brewed wine. In the Spring and Autumn Period (770-476 BC) and the Warring States Period (475-221 BC), Jinhua developed brewed wine made from glutinous rice.

Jinhua Wine's long history, unique brewing skills, clear color and sweet taste, as well as its purported health benefits have distinguished it from other Chinese yellow rice wines.
