At the event, the cultural and tourism departments of Wensu and Jinhua city – in East China's Zhejiang province – signed a strategic agreement for the construction of a cultural and tourism think tank, which will set up in the Hengdian World Studios in Dongyang, a county-level city administered by Jinhua.

The first group of think tank members, consisting of 20 cultural and tourism experts from both sides, are expected to soon have brainstorming session and make suggestions for their joint cultural and tourism industry development.

The Hengdian World Studios will provide training support funds to Wensu county and offer to share its experiences in the development of the film and television culture industry, the construction of film and television bases and the establishment of cultural scenic spots through online and offline communications modes.
