Lanxi Museum in Lanxi, a county-level city in Jinhua, East China's Zhejiang province, launched a new type of pastry shaped like cultural relics, local media reported on Jan 29.

The design of the pastries integrates four precious cultural relics in the Lanxi Museum, namely The Mustard Seed Garden Manual of Painting, Tripitaka (Ming Dynasty version) (1368-1644), gold ornament with fish design and the bronze seal from the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279).
This type of pastry not only takes into account traditional elements in its shape, but also is made using the traditional rice cake techniques of the Southern Song Dynasty.
There are currently four flavors of the pastry, namely sesame, mung bean, matcha, and hawthorn.
