The Jinhua Satellite Village of Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 is located in the south of the Duohu Central Business District.
It is a hotel for both leisure and business, featuring a Jiangnan garden style and local cultural characteristics and built by the city's Urban Investment Group.
With total investment of about 1.26 billion yuan ($192.23 million), it covers an area of 167,000 square meters and a construction area of 95,000 square meters.
The Jinhua Satellite Village is made up of five main areas including athletes' meeting rooms, guest rooms, public area, guest rooms for team officials and a basement area.
The village can be used for conferences, banquets, accommodation, catering, sports, and exhibitions.
