​Six counties in Jinhua listed among top 100 in tourism development

Six county-level cities and counties in Jinhua, East China's Zhejiang province, were listed the top 100 counties in China in terms of comprehensive tourism development in 2022, according to a recent announcement.

The listed cities and counties are Yiwu, Dongyang, Lanxi, Yongkang, Pujiang county, and Wuyi county. Yiwu topped the six counties to rank ninth on the list.

Here are recommended tourist attractions in the six counties.

Yiwu International Trade Market

Yiwu International Trade Market is the first national 4A-level scenic area focusing on shopping and tourism in China. The 6.4-million-square-meter market is home to 75,000 shops selling 2.1 million products in 26 categories, including accessories, toys and daily necessities.

Dongyang Hengdian World Studios

Dongyang Hengdian World Studios covers an area of more than 50,000 mu (3333.33 hectares), featuring over 30 film and television shooting bases in different places and periods.

Lanxi Zhuge Bagua village

Zhuge Bagua village is located at the junction of Lanxi, Longyou and Jiande, and covers an area of three square kilometers. It is home to more than 200 ancient buildings built during the Yuan (1271-1368), Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties.

Yongkang Fangyan scenic area

Yongkang Fangyan scenic area is known among locals for its Danxia landform. The land mainly consists of purple sandstone and conglomerates. The forests and the ponds in the area often impress visitors with their primitive beauty.

Pujiang No 1 Family in Jiangnan

Pujiang No 1 Family in Jiangnan, located in Zhengzhai town, Pujiang county, is a cluster of architectural landscapes centered on Zheng's Ancestral Hall. The family of Zheng lived there for 15 generations and followed Confucian family traditions.

Wuyi Niutou Mountain

Wuyi Niutou Mountain is 1,560 meters above sea level, while the Niutou Mountain National Forest Park, a national 4A-level scenic area, an ideal place for sightseeing, leisure, exercise and education.
