Jinhua shines at 2022 WIC Wuzhen Summit

A number of enterprises based in Jinhua took part in the 2022 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit in Wuzhen, Zhejiang province from Nov 9 to 11, showcasing their experiences and achievements in digital economy.

The Light of Internet Expo, a key event of the summit, saw more than 260 companies from home and abroad display their products on-site, focusing on topics such as digital common wealth, digital industrialization, industrial digitization, digital infrastructure, and cyberspace governance.

Lanxi's Yangmei Industrial Brain, Pan'an's Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Brain, and Pujiang's Grape Industrial Brain were showcased under the theme of digital rural vitalization. Four cases, including small commodity digital free trade, were also exhibited, focusing on the development achievements of the digital economic system.

People can see a smart helmet used to protect riders, a bionic hand and an exoskeleton robot for physically disabled people at the Light of Internet Expo.

They can also play an interactive dancing game, experience the immersive metaverse and see an underwater robot at the expo.

The expo showcased China's commitment to cooperating with global enterprises to build a digital China and digital society in cyberspace.

The three-day 2022 WIC Wuzhen Summit is expected to see the on-site and online and offline participation of a record 2,100 guests from over 120 countries and regions.

The summit has been held for nine years in a row, and this year's event is the first annual meeting of the World Internet Conference following the WIC's inauguration as an international organization earlier this year.
