People in Zhoupanjia village, Pujiang county, Jinhua created a unique noodle dish called "one noodle", which is famous for its long and thin appearance and elastic and smooth taste.

The technique of stretching one noodle for hundreds of meters is listed in the sixth batch of intangible cultural heritage items of Zhejiang province.

The process of making one noodle includes more than 10 purely manual steps, including mixing, kneading, rolling, twisting, shaping, fermenting, and pulling the dough.

One kilogram of flour can be turned into a single noodle several hundred meters long. It is believed to bring "longevity and prosperity" in the village and is often used to entertain guests or celebrate birthdays.
