Wucheng rolls out favorable policies to attract investment

Authorities in Wucheng district in Jinhua, East China's Zhejiang province recently unveiled 37 measures to attract more investment and talent.

Specifically, the local government will award up to 5 million yuan ($721,085.14) to China's top 500 enterprises that intend to make investments in the district.

Authorities have established a special fund to provide financial support to projects related to fields such as new energy vehicles, hardware measuring tools, digital economy, healthcare, and new materials.

The local government is providing three-year rental subsidies and up to 80,000 yuan in awards to e-commerce companies whose imports are worth $800,000.

Authorities also released 48 policies to attract more high-caliber talent to the district.

According to the policies, the local government will provide housing subsidies of up to 3 million yuan to individuals who are considered top talent and up to 800,000 yuan in housing subsidies to young talent.

In addition, authorities have established a service system aimed at providing help to talent in terms of child education, spousal employment, and daily life.
