The Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games flame was ignited at the Liangzhu ancient city in Hangzhou on June 15, marking the beginning of the 100-day countdown to the commencement of the 19th Asian Games.
As one of the co-host cities, Jinhua will host the sepak takraw and soccer competitions.
"Preparations for the soccer test event are proceeding rapidly. We are also implementing and following up on feedback and suggestions received from completed test events," said an official responsible for preparation work in Jinhua.
So far, Jinhua has provided training to a total of 1,073 personnel, including venue staff, event volunteers, and city volunteers. The training covers a wide range of topics, including etiquette for volunteer services, identification of emergencies, crisis management, physical training, and first aid education.
In addition, Jinhua is preparing for athletes' accommodation security, catering, transportation, and other support services.
