Wu Xiaohang, a representative of Zhejiang Hongchang Electrical Technology Co based in Jinhua, East China's Zhejiang province, has this year received nine messages about subsidies provided by the local government.
The earnest communication provides a glimpse into authorities' efforts to offer precise policy support to enterprises.
Last December, authorities rolled out an app as a platform to match the government's favorable policies with enterprises' needs.
The app provides information about 2,096 favorable policies and 2.45 million pieces of information about 490,000 companies in the city.
As of Aug 13, the app had received 42,000 followers and distributed subsidies of 4.09 billion yuan ($562.25 million) to 23,200 companies
The whole process, including submitting applications, checking schedules and results, as well as release and implementation of policies, is transparent.
