Six cultural and creative pastries from Jinhua were displayed at the Asian Games Food Consumption event in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province, on Sept 15.
The pastries feature Jinhua’s landmarks such as Bayong Building, Wanfo Tower, Shuanglong Cave, as well as its specialty products like golden camellia, said Li Guihua, who made the pastries.
Li added that the stuffing of the pastries is also based on Jinhua’s signature foods including ham and fingered citron.
Li expressed her hope that more friends from other places can get to know Jinhua and fall in love with it through tasting its local delicacies.
