The Chinese delegation for the 4th Asian Para Games was announced in Beijing on Oct 13. There are 723 members, including three athletes from Jinhua, Zhejiang province.

They are rower Wang Lili and sitting volleyball players Xu Zengbing and Wang Qiang.

Wang pocketed silver in the women's 1,000 meters at the Rio Paralympic Games in 2016 and gold in the single sculls at the World Cup that same year.

At this year's World Rowing Championship held in the Serbian capital of Belgrade on Sept 6, Wang competed in the PR1 women's single sculls event and secured her place at the Paris Paralympics by clocking a time of 10 minutes and 47.64 seconds in the semifinals.

Xu Zengbing, born in 1996, is a main attacker on the court. He has won the National Championship, finished runner-up in the National Paralympics, and won third place at the Asian Championships.

Xu was among the best players in the sport at the 2016 Rio Paralympics and the 2021 Tokyo Paralympics, helping Team China achieve a commendable seventh place in the medal tables at the two events.

Wang plays as a libero setter and is teammates with Xu. She has represented the national team at numerous international competitions, achieving impressive results such as 7th place at the 2018 World Sitting Volleyball Championships, runner-up at the 2018 Asian Para Games, and runner-up again at the 2019 Asian Sitting Volleyball Championships.

In September 2021, Wang and Xu participated in the Tokyo Paralympics as key team members and helped the Chinese men's sitting volleyball team secure 7th place.
