Pujiang county in Jinhua, Zhejiang province has a history of more than 1,800 years and abounds with cultural heritage items.

The county is best known for its folk culture activities, such as lantern-themed festivals, paper-cutting handicrafts, and traditional worship ceremonies.

Pujiang is also renowned for its breathtaking natural scenery and delicious local delicacies. Xianhua Mountain is a must-visit scenic attraction and the one noodle is a must-try food.

The one noodle is well known for its long and thin appearance and elastic and smooth taste.

The technique of stretching one noodle for hundreds of meters was listed as a provincial intangible cultural heritage item in 2023.
