Jinhua's culinary delights shine in Hangzhou

Jinhua showcased its local flavors at a food festival held in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province, on Jan 7.

The highlights among Jinhua’s delicacies were Pan'an medicinal cuisine, featuring dishes such as duck soup stewed with polygonatum and a variety of snacks such as glutinous rice, wontons, meatballs, and steamed stuffed buns.

During the festival, the Jinhua Pavilion was unveiled, serving as a platform to exhibit and sell agricultural and specialty food products from across Jinhua.

Culinary professionals from 11 cities in the province presented over 1,000 dishes, providing a diverse showcase of authentic local flavors.
