Lanxi, a county-level city in Jinhua, Zhejiang province held an investment promotion event in Hong Kong on April 23.
Dai Chong, Party secretary of Lanxi, noted during the event that Lanxi has a history of 30 years of cooperation with Hong Kong and expressed hope that more Hong Kong enterprises will conduct field surveys in Lanxi to gain a better understanding of its industrial achievements, business environment, living conditions, and cultural heritage.
Dai added that the local government will remain dedicated to creating a favorable business environment for investors, including streamlining approval procedures and rolling out support policies.
Attendees watched a promotional video showcasing the city's economic and natural landscapes, and a series of strategic cooperation agreements was also signed during the event.
In attendance at the event were representatives from Hong Kong investment institutions, financial organizations, and its entrepreneurial community, as well as delegates from the Zhejiang Province Association in Hong Kong, the Jinhua City Association in Hong Kong, and representatives of local prominent figures, along with leaders from various Hong Kong universities.
