The 2025 Yiwu Culture Festival was held at the Yiwu Place commercial block in Yiwu — a county-level city in Jinhua, Zhejiang province — from July 25 to 27.
The festival featured cultural displays, creative artifacts, and authentic culinary flavors from 25 countries, offering visitors an immersive experience of global culture.
Attendees enjoyed dynamic performances such as capoeira — a blend of martial arts and dance from Brazil — while exploring distinctive delicacies and products including Turkish desserts, Persian carpets, Syrian olive soap, and other international goods across 29 specialty stalls.
Yiwu, known as the "world's capital of small commodities", has been welcoming international merchants and visitors as "cultural ambassadors" to bridge their homelands' heritage with its indigenous culture.
Organizers reported that the opening day alone attracted more than 80,000 participation times, energizing local tourism with robust consumer engagements rooted in authentic and diverse cultures.
