Zhu Xiangxiang, a deputy to the National People's Congress (NPC) and a teacher at Zhengzhai Town Central Primary School in Pujiang county, Jinhua, Zhejiang province, has spent the past 30 years in rural education. This year, she has offered suggestions to enhance educational equity and quality, focusing on the "Double-Teacher Classroom" model and optimizing the allocation of teacher resources.

Zhu highlighted Pujiang's innovative "Teacher NPC deputy and Prosecutor" model, forming a dual-teacher legal education system that integrates moral, case-based, and practical education. This approach enhances both the professionalism and acceptance of legal education for students.

She suggests integrating the "Double-Teacher Classroom" into the national legal education framework, developing curriculum standards for all school levels, and conducting specialized training to improve teachers' capabilities.

From her frontline experience, Zhu has observed teacher shortages in areas with high student influxes and imbalances in subjects like sports, arts, and mental health education. She urges enhanced support for regions with significant migrant populations and calls for strengthening teacher training colleges in various disciplines to increase the supply of quality educators.

Beyond education, Zhu supports the preservation and development of Shangshan culture, suggesting that the Shangshan Archaeological Park be designated a national patriotic education base.
