Yiwu, a county-level city in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, announced the establishment of its second batch of 18 foreign-related service stations on March 31, alongside the release of the Yiwu Foreign-related Service Station Guide.

With this expansion, Yiwu now boasts 23 stations covering key international communities, university campuses, and commercial buildings in the main urban area.

These service stations aim to enhance the living and working experience for expats by providing access to 65 high-demand services, including work permits, visas, residency, and social and medical insurance. The new stations are located in communities such as Binwang in Choucheng subdistrict and Linjiang in Jiangdong subdistrict.

Yiwu attracts over 600,000 businesspeople from more than 200 countries and regions every year. With over 29,000 international residents, the city has prioritized foreign-related services, launching pilot stations in five key foreign-related venues in 2024.

The establishment of these new service stations marks a shift from isolated efforts to a comprehensive, citywide initiative, offering proactive rather than reactive support.

This integrated service system connects government services with the urgent needs of expats, blending administrative, lifestyle, legal, and cultural support.
