A group of more than 20 reporters from domestic and overseas mainstream media agencies gathered in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province on Dec 7 and 8 to explore three major venues for the 19th Asian Games, which will be held in Hangzhou in September 2022.

The recently completed venues - the Wenzhou Sports Center Stadium, the Wenzhou Olympics Center Stadium, and the Wenzhou Dragon Boat Sports Center – have already  been put into use, with the first two used to host football matches and the last hosting dragon boat races.

On the afternoon of Dec 7, reporters visited the Wenzhou Sports Center Stadium and the Wenzhou Olympics Center Stadium where they got to view the football fields, audience areas, athletes' lounges, and façades of the venues.

On the morning of Dec 8, the reporters visited the Wenzhou Dragon Boat Sports Center, which is located in the central area of Ouhai district. Featuring six courses that are each 1,200 meters long, 130 meters wide, and 3.5 meters deep, the center was put into trial operation in March and is currently the most high-end professional dragon boat sports complex in the world.
