Akmal, an online influencer from Tajikistan, learned to make festive lanterns from Chi Renqian, a craftsman living in Caocun town, Rui'an. Lighting festive lanterns is one of the most important traditions of the Lantern Festival, and Caocun town boasts a lantern-making history of over 800 years.
