The third episode features Liang Feng, founder of the Rui'an Black Eyes Charity Development Center, and explores how public welfare organizations can offer more professional charity services to the public.
Liang has been devoted to public welfare for more than 10 years and witnessed "Black Eyes" go from nothing to an industrial leader. Inspired by what Liang has done, more and more people are committing themselves to volunteer services.
