A series of cultural performances was held on Feb 16 at the Wenzhou Sports Center Stadium to mark the 200-day countdown to the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022.
The event showcased 24 original performances by the cities of Wenzhou and Taizhou, which vividly showcased the local Ouyue culture.
Wenzhou's various artistic and cultural traditions, including traditional dances, musical performances, and dragon boat racing, were on display. Meanwhile, Taizhou held performances highlighting their local heritage through folk dances, music, and acrobatics, to name a few. Both teams demonstrated a rich blend of art and athleticism, and their performances received enthusiastic applause from audiences.
