China Railway Express (Wenzhou) operated 27 trains in the first quarter of this year, a 125.9 percent increase year-on-year. The China Railway Express (Wenzhou) operation platform has witnessed a freight volume of over 10,000 TEUs since it began operating in September 2020.

The goods transported by CR Express (Wenzhou) to Europe have expanded from the initial shoes, shocks and sanitary wares to more than 100 Wenzhou-made products such as low voltage apparatuses, luggage, hardware, and auto and motorcycle parts.

The development of CR Express (Wenzhou) is part of the city's efforts to participate in the Belt and Road Initiative and also offered the Belt and Road countries efficient and convenient logistics services to facilitate their trade and economic cooperation.

The CR Express (Wenzhou) launched the inbound train in 2022 and has run 22 times.

Wenzhou is also striving to enrich the cargo sources of inbound trains to meet the demands of local companies and those from Belt and Road countries. Furthermore, Wenzhou has launched a rail-sea transshipment service to boost its economic growth.
