The first China Artificial Intelligence Digital Innovation Conference was held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province on Dec 17.
Over 100 experts, scholars and executives in the field of artificial intelligence gathered to discuss the integration and innovation of artificial intelligence and digital technology.
This conference, initiated by the China's Association for Artificial Intelligence, is the first thematic conference focusing on leading digital technology transformation in the AI field with an aim to accelerate digital transformation in industry, serving the development of economy, and assisting the country's digitalization.
It combines exhibitions and exchanges to showcase new achievements in AI field and promote the implementation of collaborative projects.
The development plan and policies for China (Wenzhou) Smart Valley were also announced at the conference. The valley aims to promote the simultaneous development of research, application and innovation of core technology, accelerate the integrated development of AI hardware and software, and focus on building four core industries: intelligent robots, intelligent healthcare, intelligent security, and wearable smart devices. Additionally, three supporting industries, including intelligent sensors, smart software, and basic data services, are also being fostered.
The conference signifies China's commitment to the development of artificial intelligence and its integration into the digital economy, while demonstrating Wenzhou's efforts to become a hub for AI innovation and technology development with national influence.
