Firework-triggered puppetry, also known as firework puppetry, is a folk art that uses fireworks to give puppet performances. It is a unique art form that combines craftsmanship and performance.

Firework puppetry was once a high-level form of etiquette for folk activities in Taishun county, Wenzhou, Zhejiang province. Now it is also performed during festivals.

Firework puppetry performances are based around trees, and all the performances are completed on a bamboo pole 13 to 15 meters in length. It includes thousands of production processes and puts makers' skills to the test.

In 2006, Taishun firework puppetry was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage item.
