The first China (Rui'an) International Printing and Packaging Industry Exhibition opened on March 17 at the Rui'an Convention and Exhibition Center in Rui'an — a county-level city in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province. It introduced an innovative "exhibition in front, factory behind" model, creating a one-stop platform that directly connects buyers with manufacturers.
The exhibition, covering 20,000 square meters, attracted 96 enterprises showcasing a wide array of products, including printing machinery, packaging machinery, intelligent equipment, and core components. Exhibitors included leading enterprises from Rui'an, top companies from the Yangtze River Delta region, and renowned international brands.
The opening day was a success, with the first deal sealed at 10:40 am. A buyer from Wuhan, Hubei province, signed a contract with local company Zhejiang Hongsheng Machinery for a flexographic printing press.
International buyers also found promising opportunities. A buyer from Saudi Arabia attended the exhibition looking for packaging equipment for his razor products. He expressed interest in Zhejiang Lifeng Machinery's equipment and planned to visit its factory to explore potential collaboration.
At the exhibition, buyers could observe cutting-edge equipment, discuss technical solutions, and negotiate partnerships, then visit nearby factories to gain firsthand insights into manufacturing processes, R&D capabilities, and quality control systems. This approach facilitates direct sourcing, efficient connections, and cost-effective transactions.
Rui'an, one of China's top three printing and packaging machinery production hubs, boasts a complete industrial chain and has nurtured numerous industry leaders and niche champions, enhancing the "Made in Rui'an" brand through innovation and quality.
