The official website of the iF International Forum Design announced the winners of the 2026 iF Design Award, often dubbed the "Oscar of the industrial design world", on Feb 26.

Among them was the Ningbo Fashion Creative Center (NFCC), marking the first time a large public building project from Ningbo has received the prestigious honor.

NFCC was designed by RMJM, one of the world's top architectural firms. Inspired by the concept of "dancing rhythm", the building's flowing exterior resembles a graceful dancer in motion, creating a dynamic landmark along the skyline.

The interior, designed by Shanghai-based by.DESIGN, features interwoven matrix elements and bold curved forms. These dynamic spatial designs echo the building's exterior language, forming an organic and harmonious whole that reflects Ningbo's growing creative vitality.
