Zhejiang's finance department has allocated 90.5 million yuan to expand tourism consumption and support higher-quality tourism development in the province.

The package includes a new allocation of 20 million yuan ($2.89 million) focused on expanding inbound tourism, stimulating cultural and tourism spending, and fostering the performance economy. Part of the funding will be used for cultural and tourism consumption vouchers to attract more overseas visitors and expand the inbound tourism market.

Counties, county-level cities, and districts that deliver strong results in innovative inbound tourism development will also receive targeted support. Based on overall performance, eligible localities can receive subsidies of up to 600,000 yuan for inbound tourism projects, overseas promotion, and the development of model programs.

The province will also offer subsidies for enterprises invited to attend international tourism fairs in China and abroad. The support will be provided on a tiered basis according to the level of the exhibition, encouraging companies to promote themselves at overseas events and raise their international profile.

In addition, Zhejiang will provide classified incentives for high-quality large-scale commercial performances, first-stop shows, and music festival projects. The subsidies will be based on indicators including ticket sales, the share of audiences from outside the province, and attendance rates, as the province moves to deepen the integration of the performance economy with cultural and tourism consumption.
