The Asia Express (Romania edition), a European reality show, was filmed on May 12 at Hengdian World Studios in Jinhua, Zhejiang province. The production crew aimed to capture Hengdian's unique cinematic culture and charm from an international perspective.

Asia Express is a global adventure reality series where participants travel without money or communication tools, completing challenges by hitchhiking. Through exploration, tasks, and interactions, the show showcases the cultural and historical richness of various locations.

Produced by Belgium's Eccholine, the show has been filmed in over 50 countries since 2003. With more than 500 episodes airing in nearly 20 European countries, it boasts a wide audience and significant influence, serving as a key window for Europeans to explore Asian culture.

In Hengdian, participants engaged in activities such as scene reenactments, cuju (an ancient Chinese ball game) competitions, and wedding photo shoots across three major areas: Qing Ming Shang He Tu, the Palace of Emperor Qin, and the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street area.

This season is set to air on Romania's Antena 1, a mainstream television station, in October, bringing Hengdian's film culture and tourism resources to European audiences and increasing awareness of Hengdian and China.
