As China Tourism Day on May 19 approaches, Lishui in Zhejiang province has prepared five exciting activities to invite visitors to enjoy high-quality travel.

These include the first stop of the national Qunxing Award touring performance, a museum tour, the launch of the Lishui Mountain Road 520 Motorcycle Highway, a hiking event, and a travel guide co-creation campaign.

The first stop of the national Qunxing Award tour will be held at Lishui Grand Theater on May 29, featuring award-winning works along with local Zhejiang music, dance, skits, and folk arts.

The Lishui Mountain Road 520 Motorcycle Highway will debut from May 23 to 24 as a romantic route connecting Songyang, Suichang, and Longquan, with scenic spots like the Oujiang River and Yunhe rice terraces, featuring 30 themed places of interest.

From May 16 to 19, the Lishui Museum will host script games, antique appraisals, young docents with international students, and vloggers. A museum tour will connect nine private museums and offer stamp rewards, while a four-day fair, band performances, and light shows will take place nightly.

In mid-June, a hiking event at Baiyun Mountain National Forest Park will offer a 12.8-kilometer challenge route and an 8.8-kilometer leisure route. Participants who complete photo tasks will receive a gift pack.

For one month, visitors who post Lishui travel videos on social media can win card rewards if their videos are selected by the official Lishui Tourism account.

During the holiday, many attractions offer free or half-price entry. Additionally, a local food event featuring Lishui specialties will be held at Lishui Airport on May 19.
