As Dragon Boat Festival approaches, Jinhua in Zhejiang province has prepared a vibrant lineup of activities from June 19 to 21.

At Jinhua Shuanglong Scenic Area, visitors can enjoy traditional Wuju Opera performances, take part in long-table zongzi (sticky rice dumplings with various fillings wrapped in leaves) feasts, and join in thrilling dragon boat races. There's also the opportunity to make zongzi and craft sachets.

At Panda Pig Two End Black International Ranch, activities will include gifting lotus flowers, a blindfolded zongzi eating contest, and swing car dragon boat races. Poyang Ancient Street will host a lively market with seasonal delicacies and unique handicrafts.

Yongchang Ancient Town in Lanxi will offer Wuju and Yueju opera performances, street interactions with peddlers, clown shows, and DIY activities for families, blending folk performances with cultural exploration.

In Luzhai Scenic Area in Dongyang, Qingyun Market will showcase Dragon Boat Festival goods, traditional foods, and cultural products, alongside a zongzi-making competition. Meanwhile, Santinglu Night Market in Yiwu will host a zongzi-making contest featuring expats, adding to the festive atmosphere.

In Wuyi, Huatian Meidi Scenic Area will host activities like clown parades and summer concerts, and Jinyuan Scenic Area will offer free admission to visitors wearing hanfu (traditional Chinese attire) and traditional zongzi-making experiences, aiming to recreate Dragon Boat Festival celebrations in the style of ancient times.
