Forty-seven overseas Chinese from 20 countries visited AIMA Qingtian Plant in Lishui, Zhejiang province, on July 24 for site visits and cooperation talks.

They toured the frame, injection molding, painting, and final assembly workshops, where staff explained production techniques, quality standards, capacity, and displayed customized models for overseas markets.

They also test-rode the electric two-wheelers in the exhibition hall to experience the vehicles’ impressive performance and adaptability.

AIMA, a leading global manufacturer of electric two-wheelers, sells to 60 countries with nearly 100 million cumulative users and ranks top in China's domestic market.

Its Qingtian plant, a key export hub with a total investment of 2 billion yuan ($295.44 million) and covering 504 mu (33.6 hectares), features four fully automated production lines capable of large-scale standardized orders, making it a model enterprise leveraging overseas Chinese trade networks.

Previous successful cases include a Brazilian overseas Chinese merchant expanding local sales through stable supply, and a young Cambodian overseas Chinese securing regional distributorship within months after a visit.

Zhou Yanjun, president of the Slovak Chinese Youth Joint Chamber of Commerce, said that the visit strengthened his confidence in the potential for exports to Slovakia, citing deepening bilateral ties and an improving business environment. He added that he will actively promote market entry there.
