Zhejiang Maer Fan Motor Co, based in Chang'an town, Haining, county‑level city under Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, has specialized in researching and manufacturing fan motors for more than three decades. A national-level "little giant" company, it was incorporated into CIMC Cold Chain Technology's business portfolio in 2025.

Its products are core components in cold-chain systems, energy-storage temperature-control equipment, and air-conditioning units, and are used in refrigeration equipment for brands including KFC, Freshippo, and Haier.

The company is upgrading its new production facility this year and introducing smart manufacturing equipment, increasing its daily production capacity by 33 percent. Once fully operational, the facility is expected to produce up to 1.25 million fans and motors annually.

The company continues to invest in industry-academia research and development and holds more than 100 patents, with plans to expand production and improve product quality as it works toward an annual output value target of 500 million yuan ($74.39 million).
