The 12th Tube China was recently held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The stainless steel industry association of Lishui's Songyang county and 16 local companies promoted their stainless steel pipe products.

More than 100 representative products, including square, special-shaped, and spiral tubes, attracted global visitors and generated continuous consultations. Exhibitors reached intended orders worth about 20 million yuan ($2.99 million).

Futian Stainless Steel (Lishui) Co received hundreds of visitors, many of whom expressed willingness for long-term cooperation. The company is following up on potential customers and orders.

Fan Zhangqian, the rotating president of the county's stainless steel industry association, said professional exhibitions are important channels for companies to go global, helping them understand market demand and industry trends and introducing products to more overseas customers.

As demand grows for more sophisticated products, the industry is increasingly focusing on advanced manufacturing, automation, and lower-carbon production. Songyang companies are developing higher-value stainless steel products, with their diverse offerings attracting interest from domestic and overseas buyers.

The products are supported by Songyang's two decades of development of the stainless steel pipe industry, which has formed a complete ecosystem and an integrated system of piercing, cold drawing, cold rolling, R&D, and testing.

More than 200 types of pipes across over 40 product categories serve industries including petrochemicals, marine engineering, shipbuilding, aerospace, and other sectors and have been used in over 1,000 major projects at home and abroad.
