Two independent colleges in East China's Zhejiang province were recently approved by the Ministry of Education to be upgraded to public universities.
The Ministry of Education and the Zhejiang provincial government have jointly published a guideline to further integrate vocational education and private economy in the Zhejiang cities of Wenzhou and Taizhou.
