Landison Nanhu Hotel Jiaxing opened in Nanhu High-tech Zone, Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province, on April 10, adding a full-service, high-end hotel to the area and improving business reception capacity.

Located on Youquan Lu, the hotel has a total floor area of about 27,000 square meters, with 225 guest rooms and around 3,000 sq m of banquet and conference space. It is designed to host large-scale events such as corporate meetings and conferences, accommodating up to 1,000 attendees and addressing previous shortages in business service facilities in the zone.

The project, based on a total investment of 200 million yuan ($29 million), is operated by Landison Hotel Group, a provincial hotel management brand with experience in large-scale business and event services. The hotel integrates accommodation, dining, conference, and leisure functions, aiming to provide one-stop services for enterprises and visitors.

Han Zheng, general manager of the hotel, said the facility will focus on serving surrounding enterprises and research institutions and will expand its market reach to nearby cities such as Shanghai and Hangzhou. In addition to business functions, it will also support tourism, family stays, and event hosting.

The opening of Landison Nanhu Hotel Jiaxing reflects efforts to strengthen the producer services sector in Nanhu High-tech Zone, where demand for business reception and conferences has grown alongside rapid industrial development.
